Description
THE COMPANY
An excellent opportunity has arisen within this leading engineering company who specialise in the research and development of products into the automotive industry for a Test Technician to be based out of its Rugby Headquarters.
THE ROLE
You will be based in the Test and Development lab providing mechanical test on a wide range of products including Bearings. You will also be required to set up test rigs in order to test products and monitor the results. In order to carry out your role you will also use metrology equipment and systems on a regular basis.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Test Technician you will need to have at least an ONC in mechanical/materials or similar as well as the ability to run and monitor tests within a laboratory environment. You will also need to have good analytical skills with a desire to progress your test career.
- ONC or similar in Mechanical/Materials/Science.
- Basic Test Experience
- Experience using test equipment.
