Purpose
To ensure all product is tested correctly in a timely manner and undertake technical investigation of failures.
To work within the guide lines of the Quality system.
Responsibilities
To undertake testing of product, fault find failures, report on results and write technical reports.
To supervise other test technician staff and prioritize work load through the test lab.
To provide technical guidance and train production operatives on the use of production test equipment.
To manage the company calibration system and ensure all equipment is calibrated.
To undertake technical investigations and with Production Engineers resolve manufacturing problems.
