An exciting opportunity exists for a Test Department Manager to join this specialist in Radio Communication systems that is currently expanding due to increased market demands. You will be joining a highly technical team who have a strong passion for the success of their business and have been part of growing the company to its current size.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Test Department Manager to join this specialist in Radio Communication systems that is currently expanding due to increased market demands. You will be joining a highly technical team who have a strong passion for the success of their business and have been part of growing the company to its current size.
You will be from a technical engineering background experienced in PMR/VHF/UHF Radio systems and the test requirements of such equipment. Taking responsibility for the test department, you will have a small but dedicated team of engineers who are responsible for the test and repair of all radio equipment.
The role requires that you will be able to communicate effectively at a technical level as well as managerial. Experience of carrying out audits will be beneficial as part of the role will involve taking responsibility for the documentation of all test results in order that an effective line of feedback can be maintained to the production department, field engineers, or end users/clients.
This is a permanent opportunity to join an expanding business at this exciting time in their development. Salary will be dependant on experience between £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus package.
