Manufacturing Test Manager required in East Sussex to work for a large UK defence and aerospace organisation.
Manufacturing Test Manager required in East Sussex to work for a large UK defence and aerospace organisation. The role will encompass RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (ensuring sufficient team resources are available), providing TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT input on programmes and to external partners, managing INTERNAL manufacturing TEST PROCESS DEVELOPMENT whilst keeping abreast of technological developments, STAFF MANAGEMENT (appraisals, reviews, directing the team) and ASSISTING the BID PROCESS. To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will need previous proven experience of managing, mentoring and leading a team of Testers/Engineers and come from a test engineering background yourself. Ideally you will have experience of working within high value low volume manufacturing or the aerospace avionics industry. Successful applicants will be required to obtain UK MOD security clearance prior to appointment.
