A specialist-building contractor with a multi-million pound turnover, this company's expertise is in high quality residential and commercial refurbishment, higher education and science related projects. After winning various high profile and upcoming projects, they have an immediate opening for a Tender Planner to assist in continuing the company's growth and business development.
The challenges the company has involved itself in include new build & refurbishment of high quality residential structures and various commercial construction projects. The new build projects range from between £10m and £50m. You will also be required to prepare Tender programmes and method statements. As a core part of the team, liaison with estimators and occasional site visits will also play a part in your new role. Construction planning experience is therefore essential to this role, as is experience of the Tender process and first class presentation skills.
In addition to the opportunity to work in a successful organisation where staff regularly stay for 20 years or more, you will be rewarded with a basic salary starting at £50,000 per annum.
