Description
Experienced, dynamic and highly self-motivated Telesales Executives are required to proactively contact existing and potential clients to generate vacancies and appointments for our team of Recruitment Consultants.
Experienced, dynamic and highly self-motivated Telesales Executives are required to proactively contact existing and potential clients to generate vacancies and appointments for our team of Recruitment Consultants.
You will have a proven telemarketing background with ideally over 12 months outbound sales experience. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, be well educated with a professional and tenacious attitude to work and above all have the desire to succeed.
You will join a busy,friendly office and a professional team that is motivated by results. The work and training will be hard but the financial rewards are unrivalled.
You can expect a starting basic salary c£16-20k with an OTE in excess of £30k in the first year. Excellent training and development available. Preference will be given to candidates with an engineering knowledge or background.
