They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with an electrical bias to join their existing technical team.

They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with an electrical bias to join their existing technical team. Working a continental shift pattern, (3 on 3 off 12 hour days and nights) you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, technical support and monitoring of all on site equipment.

Experience of working within a technical team in automotive industry is essential as is an apprenticeship or qualifications in electrical engineering. A working knowledge of PLC fault finding, Robotic Systems (ABB S4c), Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Quality Standards and Health and Safety Requirements is essential.

Engineers from a Maintenance, Control Systems, Process or Technical Support background will be considered.

In return the company offers a salary of up to £36,402 (decided on a grading structure), Contributory Pension Scheme and BUPA Health Care as well as other benefits.
