The Person: -
As A Technical Support Engineer for an intruder alarms company applicants require an excellent knowledge of Intruder Systems to a very high technical level. Good communication skills, patience and a pragmatic attitude are also essential. You will be a highly skilled engineer with at least 2 years experience within the alarms industry.
This role suits someone either looking to progress or looking to come off the tools.
The Role: -
* To be available to give post course day to day help and technical advice to both internal and external customers. Also to review and enhance/develop systems and tools to support you in this role.
* To provide support as requested by the Technical Manager within the Service team or to fulfil the needs of the business.
* Provide coaching by remote monitoring and parallel listening in response to identification of trends and opportunities, and coach staff accordingly.
* To complete the remote Maintenances where feasible dependant on volumes and staffing available.
* The post holder will ensure the health, safety and welfare of themselves and their team in accordance with Kings Policy.
