The Company
They are a market leading company who specialise in the design and manufacture of audio and visual warning devices for various industrial applications. They are the fastest growing company in their industry and have increased their market share significantly in the last few years.
The Role
You will report to the technical manager and will be responsible for providing technical support for both the technical and sales teams. You will respond to customers enquiries relating to product requirements and specifications as well as resolving basic installation problems. You will have other duties which include updating FAQ sheets and providing technical drawings and blueprints to customers where required.
