Location: Lancashire
A Fire and Security applications company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be responsible for technical and sales support by telephone, email, fax and letter for both UK and International customers (Between 15 and 30 per day).
You will provide selection and application advice for all products, including providing drawings, specifications, certificates as appropriate.
Importantly you will also oversee the configuration and release of special projects.
