This World leader who specialise in design and manufacture of advanced fire detection and suppression systems are looking for an experienced technical internal sales person or an accomplished Service Engineer who is looking to move into sales. This is a fantastic opportunity as there is the potential for great career progression within the company.
Experience within the Electronics industry is essential and experience within the fire detection & alarm industry would be a bonus but is not essential.
This role will be predominantly office based but will involve meeting customers throughout the UK to aid in installation/solving problems. Travel should be limited to approximately twice a Month and as a result of this a company car is offered.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Specifying, developing and introducing products to customers
- Presenting products to distributors and their key clients as required
- Resolving product and quality issues with internal and external customers
- Providing strong technical support to customers and distributors both on site and via the telephone, e-mail, etc.
- Running in-house training courses
- Preparation of system designs and quotations in support of sales enquires
- Assisting with the preparation of technical and commercial literature including manuals, data sheets and price lists

Ideally you will have a technical qualification to at least a HNC standard but "grass roots" applicants will also be considered. You will also have considerable hands on experience within the Electronic industry. The basic salary for this role will be 25 - 30k (depending on level of experience) with a 10% OTE + car + stakeholder pension scheme
