Technical Support Engineer - Derbyshire and UK
£33,000 + Company Car + OTE 40K
The Company
Mining machinery manufacturer with a £10 million annual turnover. Ten years ahead of their foreign competitors in technology they are looking to expand into worldwide markets and currently employ 85 staff.
The Role
You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of mining machinery at customers throughout the UK and Internationally. You will take care of the customer post sales and ensure all contract paperwork is correctly adhered to. You will also oversee contractors on site when not practically commissioning the machines.
The Candidate
The company ideally are looking to recruit an ambitious and confident engineer with experience in the mining industry and is happy travelling throughout the UK and aboard and can commit to blocks of up to 4 weeks away at a time when commissioning.
You should be confident in electrical and mechanical work with emphasis on your ability to install and commission industrial mining machines.
The Benefits
The company are offering a basic salary up to £33,000 with a company vehicle. You can expect to earn up to £40,000 with overtime and allowances.
