TECHNICAL SALES MANANGER
35-38k + AVENSYS + MOBILE + LAP TOP + PENSION + LIFE ASSURANCE
THE COMPANY
Well established as a market leading provider of products and services for the rail industry, this global mutli billion pound organization expects to maintain 10% growth year on year. Having invested heavily in new products for the infrastructure and rolling stock markets, the business needs to increase head count to take these products to market.
THE ROLE
As sales manager you will be home based covering the UK. Selling purely into the rail sector will need to give dual focus to each of the respective markets. This role will require you to be solution led in your approach to sales. It is vital that through effective fact finding that you can conceptualise what the customer is trying to achieve then provide a bespoke solution to achieve this. You will be dealing with OEMS, train operators, railway maintenance companies specifying projects worth £0.5 to 2m.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal sales manager should have;
"An electrical or electronic sales background
"Experience of working on large projects
"Knowledge of the rail sector is ideal but by no means essential
"Drive to be successful
