Description
As Technical Marketing Assistant (New Media), your technical responsibilities will include collating and presenting technical content for marketing literature, presentations etc, and co-ordinating technical literature creation e.g. datasheets. Your new media responsibilities will include researching, developing and implementing new media initiatives, developing and maintaining the company website, setting up and maintaining the company image and media library and maintaining marketing intranet section. The successful candidate will also have general marketing responsibilities, including co-ordinating specific trade show participation and sourcing and co-ordinating display hardware.
Qualified to degree level, you will have some experience in a relevant b2b marketing/new media role as well as experience of working in a technical/engineering/software environment. Excellent written and oral English is essential. A background in managing projects and delivering to tight timescales would be a distinct advantage. You should have strong analytical, administrative and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
