Technical Documentation Engineer
Ripley
£18 22k depending on experience
My client specialises in the design and manufacture of high-performance testing and temperature control equipment. The machines are designed, built and tested at their manufacturing site in Ripley.
They are currently looking for a Technical Documentation Engineer to join their technical team. The role will involve working closely with the mechanical, electrical and software design engineers, preparing technical documentation: technical publications, machine build specifications, and maintenance & parts manuals. There may also be the opportunity to work with the general manager on quality documentation and testing certification / paperwork.
Applicants should be qualified to HNC/HND level in an engineering discipline and have a strong IT background. Previous experience of technical documentation or technical author works is also a requisite. Product training will be given along with technical support from the related departments.
