Description
A Technical Director is required to develop the professional services business to successfully deliver and improve technical expectations.
To secure downstream business and raise brand awareness through association with prestigous assignments and clients.
Key Requirements:
A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and membership to an appropriate institution
Experience:
Previous experience in technical team leadership, successful project delivery and client interface and relationship management.
Primary Duties:
To work collaboratively with all senior management team members of Local Government.
To develop, maintain, and own client relationships in order to raise brand awareness, promote long-term relationships, and secure profitable new businesses for the company.
The successful delivery of all contract and assignments commitments to technical quality, timescale and budget.
To develop technical performance and provide direction and leadership to deliver growth in technical delivery through leveraging existing and new business opportunities.
To provide technical direction and support to the bidding process; including resource management, applying knowledge of client relationships and technical understanding.
To collaborate across the group business and support areas relevant to the provision of technical consultancy services.
To attend senior management team meetings and report on the technical aspects of the business in line with companies business priorities.
