Co-ordination of residential design, development & planning matters. Included highways, service utility and legal matters.
On site technical management
Technical land appraisals.
Vetting and approving of designs from external consultants.
Work in close partnership with other depts within the company to ensure smooth start on sites and assist where nessercary colleagues to achieve deadlines.
