Job Purpose:
Ensure customers have the most up-to-date information on products, including product briefs, application notes, data sheets and release notes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear, concise, comprehensive, accurate and timely documentation to customers, ensuring that the content meets corporate image and style
In particular, support software groups in Cambridge and USA
Peer review other authors' documents
Support Technical Communications group as required
Help ensure documentation is a leader in its field

Person Specification:
Required:
Technical writing in a related industry
Graphics creation
Excellent spoken and written communications skills
Practiced at information gathering and analysis
Active project team involvement balanced with self-motivation
Flexibility in scheduling and setting priorities
Ability to organise work under pressure from several deadlines
Confidence in liaising and negotiating with others across the company

Desired:
Experience with start-up companies
Degree in related subject such as engineering or technical communications
XML knowledge
Online help experience
