Team Manager, Design (Ref: ASM00138)
Circa £37,000 pa + pension + 26 days leave + private health care
Peterborough.
Working in our design department, youll lead an integrated team of in-house and partner resources in the efficient delivery of safe designs in order to reduce business risk.
You will work closely with operational colleagues to ensure acceptance of best whole life cost solutions, taking your designs through from concept to commissioning and handover.
Of degree calibre or equivalent in an engineering discipline, youll have proven experience in the water industry and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary design team.
Youll have a track record of delivering to deadlines within a design and build environment, ensuring risks are managed and designs are delivered at the right cost and to the desired specification. Youll possess excellent organisational and communication skills and ideally have a sound knowledge of project management techniques.
