Description
Technical Support & Training Consultant, Oxford.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a renown Oxford based software house for a Technical Support & Training Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team. We are looking for a technical support person with 2+ years experience in software support.
You will be working closely with clients to provide technical support and training on bespoke software solutions, whilst also being actively involved in writing technical documentation.
To be considered you will need to be degree qualified (2:1 or above) along with at least 12-18 months experience within a Technical Support position which should have involved an element of client training. Any knowledge or experience with SQL, VB, C++ or C# would be a distinct advantage.
