This international organisation require a Commercial Manager to manage a regional team of Architectural Advisors who are responsible for the development and conversion of major sales prospects.
TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER/ARCHITECT ADVISOR -GLOBAL SUPLIERS OF ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM SYSTEMS
This international organisation require a Commercial Manager to manage a regional team of Architectural Advisors who are responsible for the development and conversion of major sales prospects.

A leading supplier of architectural aluminum systems offering services for the design, sourcing, finishing and delivery of high quality curtain wall, window, ground floor treatment and rain screen cladding systems. Their reputation for technical excellence is second to none. They boast that they are a $30 billion organisation operating in 39 countries, so they are ready to invest heavily in the future.
The Team
4 internal sales personnel and 3 Architectural Advisers.
You will report directly to the Technical Sales Director
Your duties:
•Responsible for achieving sales revenue plan for the region through management of country's pipeline and key accounts
•Coordination of Architectural technicians
•Interface with customers
•Ensuring good relationships with Key Account Principals and staff and Main Contractors
•Acting as a conduit between Architectural Advisers, Internal Sales and Senior Management within the organisation.
The Person
The ideal candidate will:
•Demonstrate depth/breath of knowledge within the construction industry
•Be able to demonstrate and use new selling techniques in a competitive industry
•Have expertise in managing a successful sales team
•Have understanding of cashflow in construction
•Good influencing and negotiation skills
•Have a proven Track Record of Success.
