Description
Manufacturer of complex electronics and electro-mechanical systems for aerospace, defence and industrial applications are looking for a systems engineer to be involved in analysis, design and verification work on a number of networked embedded systems. This role will involve requirements capture and development as well as using of requirements tracking tools (e.g. DOORS). This is an ideal opportunity to join a medium sized company where you will have to opportunity to follow systems engineering projects from concept to delivery whilst liaising closely with other disciplines (electronics, software mechanical.
You will already have gained experience as a systems engineer and be familiar with the concept of systems requirements analysis and design, ideally within a structured environment (e.g. using DOORS tool). As the products are embedded linked by databuses, experience of data protocols and buses such as CAN-bus, ETHERNET, TCP/IP would also be useful.
