Description
Systems Engineer with Fly By Wire Avionic Systems experience required for perm role based in Yeovil.
System Engineer (Flight Control)
The ideal candidate would be working within the Avionic System Engineering Department and would contribute to all design and development activities of the new generation of Advanced Flight Control Systems.
Main activities:
-Definition of system architecture
-Software requirements specifications
-Software development
-Technical system integration
We are interested in meeting people with the following education and skills:
-A degree in Electronic or Aeronautical Engineering (with major oriented toward automatic control systems)
-Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink
-Available for national and international travel
Other skills
Familiarity with MATLAB and MALAB SIMULINK for simulation and modelling.
Knowledge of helicopter dynamics and control.
He/She also needs to be a good team player and be self-motivated and able to work within a large company environment.
Italian spoken and or written will be an asset but will not be essential.
The candidate will also be required to have excellent communication skills both written and spoken (Work will be carried out in English).
