SYSTEMS ASSURANCE ENGINEERS
POWER CONVERSION SYSTEMS
WARWICKSHIRE 12 MONTH FIXED CONTRACT
A Systems Assurance Engineer is now required to join this multi-skilled team based to provide Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental advice and assistance across the Company.
Your main duties will involve the preparation of pre-qualification documentation and the associated support and guidance for contract, engineering, commissioning and after sales activities, as well as reviewing and monitoring UK Health & Safety & Environmental legislation, accident and incident investigation, developing company Health, Safety, Quality & Environment documentation, maintaining systems and undertaking subsequent audits.
As Systems Assurance Engineer, you should be qualified to degree level or equivalent with experience in either electrical testing or commissioning and ideally with NEBOSH General Certificate or experience in Health & Safety Management systems. Where necessary, training will be given to meet current requirements. You should also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Amongst your personal qualities, you will be a highly motivated and diligent team player with excellent communication/interpersonal skills and capable of working on your own initiative. Time Management skills and the ability to prioritise will be essential to work under pressure and meet deadlines. In addition, you should be physically mobile as occasional working away from the office within the UK and abroad is required. A current UK driving licence is necessary as well as a flexible approach to working hours, to respond to the fluctuating demands of the Companys business.
