R+D System Certification Engineer required in Hastings, East Sussex to work within the Technology Research division of a large UK defence organisation.
R+D System Certification Engineer required in Hastings, East Sussex to work within the Technology Research division of a large UK defence organisation. This role involves performing reviews of safety and design certification supporting evidence prior to approval by the Safety/Design Authority. It involves liaising with development project teams and customers and preparing certification packs ready for formal design and safety approval. To be considered for this excellent position you will ideally come from a multi-disciplined engineering background, with significant defence avionics or land systems experience. Knowledge of current defence safety and certifications requirements and design qualification, verification and validation experience would be advantageous. Successful applicants will be required to obtain UK MOD security clearance prior to appointment.
