Description
My client is one of the top contractors renowned for their wealth of experience and expertise within the highways sector and has been awarded and is poised to commence a programme of carriageway maintenance works for the 2008/2009 financial year.
My client is one of the top contractors renowned for their wealth of experience and expertise within the highways sector and has been awarded and is poised to commence a programme of carriageway maintenance works for the 2008/2009 financial year.
They currently seek a Surfacing Supervisor to report into the Surfacing Agent and responsible for the supervision of surfacing sub contractors, liaising with the local authority and dealing with members of the public on a day-to-day basis.
You will already have extensive experience in the carriageway resurfacing industry with machine laying, you will be implementing Health and Safety procedures and be self motivated, needing minimum guidance, it is also essential that you have a H&S certificate as my client pride's themselves on their safe working environments. A Streetworks certificate would be advantageous although not essential.
