IT Support Engineer - Netbackup - Northampton.
I have an immediate requirement for a highly skilled NetBackup engineer, to work on a short term contract basis in Northampton. The successful engineer must have proven knowledge from a support perspective of NetBackup 5 and 6. Knowledge of Storage Foundation and Cluster Server would also be advantageous.
This will be primarily a telephone support role requiring the individual to diagnose and resolve issues on the above products reported to the helpdesk by customers within SLA.
The individual will also be expected to assist the other helpdesk personnel attain a greater knowledge of the products being supported.
