Our client, a global telecoms company, requires a Service Engineer to join an existing team of engineers who carry out build, configuration, and maint
nance support to a large government end client. The successful applicant will be working in a telephony environment and be required to have skills in the following areas: Genesys v7, Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory, and McAfee Anti-Virus. Desirable skills include: Siemens PABX, and IVR. Previous experience as a Customer Support Engineer is essential as this will be a customer facing role and excellent communication skills are required. Applicants must be eligible to go through SC clearance if not already cleared.
