We are currently looking for graduate calibre candidates (HND minimum) with operational & project leadership credentials gained in a World Class Commercial, Supply Chain, or SQA environment. Other important factors are:
Strong experience in a commercially-pressurised, supplier/3rd party performance development environment
Able to identify and contractually-implement appropriate service-level measures across a variety of supplier/service-provider agreements
Experience of monitoring and enhancing contractor/supplier/service provider performance and value
Committed to continuous improvement philosophies, internally and through third parties
Thrives in an environment where operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction are constantly monitored
Effective relationship management Suppliers, Contractors, Airport Business Stakeholders and internally within a complex organisation
Strong commercial acumen, with a collaborative project and/or team leadership style
Ideally qualified, in an Engineering, Contacts Management or Quantity Surveying discipline
Highly IT literate
