Description
Supervisors shall hold a minimum of an appropriate City and Guilds qualification or equivalent, have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship and be able to supervise work alongside engineering and scientific personnel. They should have a minimum of 3 years site supervisory experience in an M & E construction/installation environment. They should have organisational and industrial relations skills appropriate to the role.
