Description
Our client is a profitable Civil Engineering Contractor with a climate of stability. They have recently been awarded a prestigious Water Treatment Plant in East London and are looking for a Sub Agent to compliment their existing team on the RC Structures section.
Sub Agent Structures
This is an exciting role where the successful candidate will benefit from being actively involved from the inception of the project. Good opportunities for development to Site Agent.
Key duties for the Sub Agent:-
-Translation, interpretation of drawings making recommendations and questioning as required.
-Monitoring, mentoring and supervising Engineers.
-Maintaining positive working relationships with the client, designer, Resident Engineer and supply chain.
-Health and Safety, leading by example.
-Maintaining accurate records of information between the team and Designers, Res Eng and supply chain.
-Make sure accurate site diaries are kept as required.
-Prepare and monitor monthly programmes with the Section Foreman.
-Carry out material take-offs and requisitions as required by the Agent.
-Training and development into Sub Agent and management roles available via internal and external training programmes.
