Structural Engineer - Technical Manager -  Offsite Construction - Modular Build MidlandsTo circa £45,000 plus car and packageHere is an opportunity to take on the leadership of a technical team, managing the critical area of structural engineering, in a company at the forefront of modular building construction (which is itself, at the leading edge of the construction industry!).This offsite construction manufacturing company is genuinely a cut above, in an innovative, challenging and rapidly growing market. The team is closely involved in research and development. You will have well developed interpersonal and team working abilities.Duties include:Production of high quality structural designs and calculations at both tender and contract stageSupervision of structural engineering work for steel and timber framed modular buildingsCo-ordinating work with engineers of other disciplinesPreparation of progress reports, methods and buildability studiesTechnical problem resolutionThe company is firmly committed to providing the very best in quality, and attracting the best people is therefore critical to their success.
