Large International Consultancy require Construction Professionals tp operate out of their offices in Poland.

Job Title: Structural CAD Technician

Location: Warsaw

Reports To: Associate

Job Purpose:

My client require a Structural CAD Technician to work in our Warsaw group. To provide high level technical/design engineering service to the Group on projects as required.

Requirements:

Relevant industry experience and/or appropriate technical qualification or currently undertaking a recognised training program
The ability to produce 3D Models and extract plans, sections and details from this model which the applicant can then turn into 2D General Arrangement drawings suitable for construction.
Must be able to work as part of a Team and with a minimum Engineers brief to produce Structural drawings of a high standard to my clients CAD and Drawing Standards suitable for construction purposes.
Good general computer and IT skills
Good communication skills, experience in dealing with other employees and external clients
Confident, proactive character, ability to take the lead in challenging situations
Experience of working on a one to one basis and in team working situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Work competently on an independent basis
Prepare technical and financial proposals for new work
Prepare Technical Specifications
Use job/project administrative systems
Ensure senior staff are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the client are achieved.
Continually ensuring that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the client's best interests and that my client's policy is in keeping with current legislation, Polish Standards and Codes of Practice etc.
