Excellent opportunities now exist for Stress and Structures Engineers to join this leading, state of the art technology company which is a global leader in the design and manufacture of satellite systems. They are now seeking a number of Stress Analysis and Structural Design Engineers to be based at their site in Stevenage:
Stress Engineers Your role will be to perform hand and computer aided detailed strength and stiffness analysis of lightweight spacecraft and related structures using self generated load balances and Nastran output. HND/Degree qualified you will have proven understanding of detailed stress analysis and experience of FE modelling using Nastran and FEMAP.
Structures Engineers You will take a leading role in producing spacecraft structures designs that meet all specified requirements. HNC/Degree qualified you will possess detailed experience of aerospace structures design techniques and methods including an understanding of the static and dynamic behaviour of structures.
