Stress Engineer required with a minimum of 3 years experience in static stressing of wing structures. Some experience of aircraft fatigue analysis would be an advantage but not essential, although it will be necessary to develop a working knowledge of fatigue analysis including Ciscan and Gustdam within 3 months of taking the position.
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes would be a distinct advantage.
Other Skills
The candidate will be required to demonstrate a high level of customer focus and the ability to work in a small team under the often conflicting pressures of manufacturing programme and design integrity. He or she will need to be able to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving and innovation.
