Description
Storage Technical Archtiect - Cirencester - £35,000- £40,000 + car. I am looking for technical architect to join a growing professional services group.
I am looking for candidates who are technically qualified and have good working knowledge of the storage industry and ideally with IBM focus. Good technical awareness of storage and connectivity is key and virtualisation awareness in the storage/server markets is advantageous.
The successful candidate will provide technical and product knowledge to the pre-sales team which will help in identifying, developong and closing sales around storage solutions. You will be advising the sales team and meeting customers to advise them how best to meet their requirements.
The experience I am looking for is a solid background in field engineering/pre-sales/consulting with direct experience of Storage solutions (IBM,HP or EMC), Tape Backup solutions, Storage virtualisation solutions, Servers, Blade Solutions and server virtualisation solutions (VMWare).
Any relevant accreditations would also be advantageous.
