An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Qualifed Electrical Maintenacne Engineer to join my clients establsihed company as a Building Services Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Duties:
> Responsible for Building Maintenance
> Reactive & PPMs
> Lighting & Power
> Fan Coils, Air Handling Units & Air Conditioning (Electrical)
> General Fabric Maintenance & Repairs
This is a site based role and you would be responsible for 3 Commercial Buildings in London, Hammersmith.
Experience:
> Qualified 16th or 17th Edition
> Building Services Experience Essential
> Knowledge of Mechanical Equipment - FCU's & AHU's etc.
> Self Motivated & Able to work alone
