Description
Our client, a global telecoms company require a specialist Solution Designer to work from their Newcastle office. Candidates should have experience of
supporting Genesys solutions at an advanced level, providing 2nd or 3rd line support. Candidates need to be familiar with ITIL processes and other experience of IPCC components would be an advantage.
