Software Systems Engineer
Software Engineer required by a growing Worcestershire company to provide customer-focused instrumentation SW. The role is for an engineer with solid Windows programming experience that can work comfortably at the systems and user interface level. The successful candidate will be involved in all stage of the product lifecycle Requirements, Analysis, Design, Testing, Release and Support.
The company has undertaken a technology acquisition in the area of Vision Systems and Image Analysis in order to expand their portfolio of technologies. This market is expected to grow considerably in the next few years and provide a basis for a number of exiting new products.
You must be educated to degree level with at least 2 years experience in developing effective, intuitive user-interfaces using VisC++, preferably for instrumentation. You should also have a background in hardware/realtime, and also experience of UML, MFC. It would be a benefit to have any project leadership experience as well as .Net development
