Software Project Manager - Safety-Critical Development
** Project Manager - Safety-Critical Software Development Programmes **
A wonderful opportunity to join this first class engineering company , for a Safety Critical Software Specialist.
As the Senior Manager you will oversee software development projects managing both staff and 'subbies', ensuring that development is in-line with the Company technology plan. You will have overall responsibility for achieving timely delivery for software work packages while meeting defined quality guidelines and managing risks, as well as ensuring budget and performance criteria.
Candidates will be well versed in safety critical standards (SIL 2 , SIL 4 , CENELEC ) and have proven Project Management experience within a software or systems engineering environment, probably from the defence , aerospace , rail nuclear or even medical devices sectors (i.e. highly regulated industries).
