Description
Manufacturer of complex electronics systems for aerospace, defence and industrial applications are looking for an experienced software engineer to develop real-time embedded software solutions for their products.
The key skill for these positions is full software lifecycle experience and a proven ability in real-time "C" software design, code and test. Any experience of aerospace/defence standards (e.g. DO-178B, Def Stan 00-56, IEC61508) would be desirable, although not essential.
Experience in any of the following would also be beneficial: CAN bus-based systems; TTP Tools; ethernet, TCP/IP, VME; RTOS (VxWorks, Windows CE), SCADE or C++/UML.
