World leading company involved in the design and manufacture of specialist electro-mechanical systems for the retail industry are looking for an experienced software engineer to develop embedded software for real-time control applications and associated graphical interfaces.
This will involve detailed software design, through to code, test and integration activities. Being a medium sized client you will get the opportunity to see software designs through to client hand-over.
You will have a number of years in the design of software with embedded C++, UML and the use of CASE tools essential. Software integration using Visual Studio and hardware/software integration using emulators would be preferred.
This role will also offer exposure to working in team involved in .NET Framework applications programming and database design using SQL, so any experience within these would be benficial to the development team.
