Description
Our client is Looking for an experienced Socio-Economic professional to join their EIA team. EIA is a growth area within the Environmental business stream and the addition of such a specialist will enable the team to expand their activities.
As a socio-economic expert you will be asked to provide assessments relating to development projects. This will include the forecasting of future trends and the provision of financial models supported by input from banks and other financial institutions.
Candidate specification:
Candidates must have a successful track record of providing socio-economic commentaries for a wide variety of development projects both in the public and private sectors. Experience of preparing regeneration statements would be useful.
Candidates may be drawn from a range of disciplines but must have significant experience in this area probably with a consultancy or financial institution. Those applying must be effective communicators both when making verbal presentations and when writing reports.
This is a new position and although the person selected must be a team player it will provide him/her with the opportunity to develop this area of expertise within the business stream.
