Description
Position:Small Works Project Manager
Location:Kent/Berkshire
Salary: £45-55k plus package
Reference:GO/00124/JS
Our client is a medium sized main contractor with offices in Kent and Hampshire. They work across all sectors including commercial, health, education and residential and undertake new build, refurbishment and fit out projects. They work primarily within London and the South East. They have a small works division that undertakes projects from £50k through to £1m in value.
They are currently looking for a Project Manager for the Small Works division due to new contracts being awarded in Kent and Reading.
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, be self motivated and used to leading projects up to £1m. You will have a full understanding of the building process, along with a knowledge of all the trades, a clear understanding of planning and logistics, risk control, quality control and health & safety.
