Civil Site Supervisor - Essex

A great opportunity to work up to Site Management level with a large main Civil Engineering contractor.
Role Description
An experienced Civil Site Supervisor is required to deliver various civil and rail infrastructure projects, including bridge reconstruction, platform extensions, station refurbishments, bridgework and earthworks. Possibly working on multiple sites at one time, the Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the workforce and sub-contractors on site and be able to produce and manage all site paperwork, including the production of method statements and RIMINI plans. The Civil Site Supervisor will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with site staff and Senior Management.
Required Experience
Civil qualification favourable, be it HND, HNC or Degree qualified. This is in conjunction with relevant rail industry experience to include responsibility for production of method statements, risk assessments and all other paperwork associated with site management. You will have a proven track record of managing a workforce and sub contractors on civil projects.
