Our client is a global company engaged in the development, delivery and support of advanced defence and aerospace systems. are looking for a Site Operations Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the hard services contract on site
which consists of commercial, airfield and hangar property utilisation. You will be technically qualified
to oversee the team of highly skilled dedicated professionals. A proven record of delivering output
specified services in a high profile building services sector is essential and you must be fully
conversant with all associated commercial and HSQEE aspects of such a contract.
Prepare monthly operational and budget reports highlighting key performance indicators.
Manage risk in operational and commercial terms including terms of engagement, mid stream
structure changes and variations.
Manage project and sub contract works ensuring that they comply with the company process
and procedures.
Providing support and direction to the business, ensuring consistent best practice whilst
engendering team spirit through strong communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Ideally with an engineering qualification, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of
operations management in a hard services FM environment. This position requires solid operations
acumen, good IT and personal skills.
