A well respected Main Contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a New Build office project in the Kent region. Other Project types include Commercial, Medium Rise Residential and Industrial.
Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / Site Manager - Regional Contractor - Commercial New Build £15m
A well respected Main Contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a New Build office project in the Kent region. Construction will be Steel Frame and Cladding / Glazing.
Long term, project values vary, however, the average value is circa £8m up to a max of £20m.
Types of projects include medium rise residential, industrial projects and office buildings. Contracts are primarily D&B, both new build and structural refurbishment.
The successful candidate will display experience in running projects of similar value to the above. Candidates must have a stable employment history and UK Main Contracting Experience.
