Site Manager required to manage the construction aspects of a design & build scheme valued at £3m, your responsibilities will include construction supervision from post contract stage,
Position: Site Manager for projects in Bristol and surrounding areas.
Package: £42-46k basic, car allowance and full benefits.
Company: Bristol based Construction business with projects ranging in value from £1m to £20m across most sectors of the building industry.
Role: Site Manager required to manage the construction aspects of a design & build scheme valued at £3m, your responsibilities will include construction supervision from post contract stage, you will lead and motivate the supply chain to deliver the project within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to and that the company is not exposed to unnecessary risk at site level. You will chair progress meeting and report weekly activity.
Requirements: Completion of building projects of at least £3m, you should have a track record of successfully managing projects; you will have experience of working on D&B and refurbishment projects with knowledge of groundworks, structures and also of high quality finishes. The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership qualities with drive and enthusiasm.
