Using the latest techniques in off-site construction they are able to deliver complex projects within tight timescales and often in very congested areas and restricted locations. They have a dedicated team with skills and experience in design, project management, assembly supervision and quality control, site installation and commissioning. All are complex building projects, using only off-site construction / factory build techniques. The Site Manager RoleYou will be responsible for the day to day site management. Site Managers need to be able to take ownership of the successful project delivery.Site managers will need comprehensive understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and are expected to maintain the highest standards in site safety & environmental management, and commit to ongoing training to improve their skills in this area. StandardsTo ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.To ensure all Health & Safety Standards are maintained. A relevant CSCS card, SMSTS, and IOSH qualifications are all particularly advantageous.
