The Role : SITE MANAGER
Working in a Site Managers role you will be required to oversee the refurbishment and extension on a £3million Morrison store in Mansfield.
Reporting into a Project Manager, you will be required to supervise the sub contractors whilst ensuring that the QA processes are adhered to. As Site Manager you will also be able to demonstrate technical competence as you are required to translate drawings into Construction as well as having the ability to liaise with the client.
The project will be in a live working environment so as a Site manager you need to be efficient, well organised as well as having a firm but fair approach to ensure that packages of works are completed on time.
The Company:- The Client is a privately owned, limited, group of businesses founded nearly 70 years ago. The group has a well established and leading reputation in construction, civil engineering, logistics, property development and facilities management.
The Construction business have recently appointed a new MD from Interserve. This combined with a steady flow of guaranteed work has made this a very exciting time for the company and for those who are joining them.
Construction activities are carried out from the Leeds and Scunthorpe offices, where they undertake Retail, Commercial & Industrial projects up to £30 million in value within the Yorkshire and East Midlands regions.
